To be signed by minor artist's parent/guardian, or by adult artist over the age of 18 at event: LIABILITY RELEASE: Artist agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Chalk Walk, Friendswood Frame and Gallery, Inc., Galveston Captain's Corner Associates LLC, the show committee members, sponsors, and all volunteers from any loss, damage, claim, cause of action, liability or expense arising at or related to artist's display area or activities at the Chalk Walk event. Artist Agreement: I agree to allow Chalk Walk to use photos of my artwork for publicity, at their discretion. Artwork must be the original creation of the artist. Artwork must be appropriate for public viewing and not be of any offensive nature. Only chalk pastels in solid form may be used. Liquid pastels, acrylic paints, fixatives, etc will not be permitted under any circumstances. If the artist(s) insist on using prohibited materials, he/she will be removed from the event, and will not be invited back to future events. PLEASE NOTE, if artist is 14 or younger, the Guardian must accompany the artist whilst they are painting.. Parent/Guardian of Artist, OR if you are the Artist 18 or older, please SIGN and DATE. If you are in agreement.
