LIABILITY RELEASE: Artist agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Chalk Walk, Friendswood Frame and Gallery, Inc., Galveston Captain's Corner Associates LLC, the show committee members, sponsors, and all volunteers from any loss, damage, claim, cause of action, liability or expense arising at or related to artist's display area or activities at the Chalk Walk Event. Please indicate that you agree.

ARTIST AGREEMENT: 1) I agree to allow Chalk Walk to use photos of my artwork for publicity, at their discretion. 2) Artwork must be the original creation of the artist. 3) Artwork must be appropriate for public viewing and not be of any offensive nature. 4) Only chalk pastels in solid form may be used. Liquid pastels, acrylic paints, fixatives, etc. will not be permitted under ANY circumstances. If artist chooses to use other materials, he/she will be asked to leave, and will not be invited back to future Chalk Walk events.

GUARDIAN SIGNATURE. If artist is under 14 years of age. Please type name of guardian if applying online. GUARDIANS MUST ACCOMPANY ARTIST WHILST THEY ARE PAINTING. Unattended artists under the age of 14 will not be allowed to participate.

Chalk Walk is a Rain or Shine event so we do not provide refunds for weather related cancellations. Typically any monies paid are considered donations towards our mission of installing artworks in Friendswood even if we are unable to have the event due to uncontrollable circumstances.
